Terms & Conditions

Please note that by paying your deposit you are confirming that you agree to these terms.

  • A 50% deposit is payable to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is payable on completion of your project, once you are happy with your design.
  • For each package, we allow x2 revisions to your design.
  • Open plan or larger spaces may incur an increased fee. We can provide an exact quote on receipt of room dimensions.
  • We cannot take responsibility for exact colour matches between the products selected. We also cannot take responsibility for product sizes and dimensions. While we do our best to make the most appropriate recommendations, we strongly advise you to purchase samples where possible and measure carefully before making any purchases.
  • We advise all our clients to make their purchases swiftly as items can very quickly go out of stock, particularly those in the sale. We will offer alternatives when this happens, so long as it falls within two weeks of receiving your completed design.
  • Homebirds offer interior design services only. We cannot assist with any sort of project management or technical support such as advice on building/architecture, electrics or kitchen/bathroom layout or design.
